At this time of increasing global confusion, chaos and conflict, it is important to take a step back and reflect on how we have got ourselves into such a mess and what we need to do to get out of it. In this process, values play a vital role because what we choose to value we will become.

Charles Fowler spent a few years practising as a barrister before spending over 30 years in asset management, investment banking and private equity.

He currently chairs the Human Values Foundation, which uses positive values to promote young people’s social and emotional development and he is a member of the Steering Group of the UK Values Alliance,

Manda Patel has dedicated her life to the service of humanity. As the Co-ordinator of the Global Retreat Centre for over 25 years, she has helped create a beautiful, peaceful space, which has benefited thousands of people. As a much-respected speaker, she travels the world sharing her deep understanding of the principles and practice of raja yoga meditation.

Paul Palmarozza is an experienced business manager, co-founder of Principled Business which specialises in business ethics training. He is a tutor with the School of Economic Science and a Guest Lecturer at Regents University Business School. He is also the founder of If I Can…CIC, which offers a free Mindfulness- based values app and the author of several books on values.
