On Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Rutland Arms,15 Lower Mall, London W6 9DJ, I am holding a a workshop aimed at women who are working in an office environment.

Without understanding our own values, we can find ourselves acting in ways for an organisation that go against our own nature. By knowing what your values are, you can decide whether or not you can align with an organisation before you decide to commit to working with them.

Everyone has different values based upon their culture, beliefs, upbringing, and many other factors. You don’t stop having these values when you walk into work, and nor should you have to. By being mindful of what your values are, you can make more active decisions about your work so that you don’t have to compromise yourself through your work.
