Shamash Alidina has practised mindfulness since 1998 and runs his own successful training organisation.  Bestselling author of Mindfulness for Dummies and The Mindful Way through Stress, he runs workshops and speaks at conferences all over the world. Having himself trained with the father of ‘Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction’, Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn, he now uses webinars to show others how to teach mindfulness too. More recently, he has been training practitioners in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
