David is a specialist in helping organisations define and live their Purpose and Values. He is a strategist with 15 years’ experience at the top UK consultancies including Futerra and Ogilvy. He’s defined the social purpose of one of the world’s largest coffee brands, and delivered Purpose and Values programmes for TripAdvisor, NotOnTheHighStreet, O2 and a number of high growth start-ups.
Before working on purpose and values he worked in sustainability, developing strategy to deliver and communicate positive impact for businesses, NGOs and government departments, including Kingfisher, Greenpeace, Unilever, Friends of the Earth, L’Oréal, Deloitte and the Forest Stewardship Council.
He holds a Masters Degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development, has sat on the UN Taskforce for Sustainable Lifestyles and been a D&AD judge.
