Help spread happiness in your local community by putting values into action.

This October World Values Day supporter Action for Happiness is looking for volunteers in your community to lead their Exploring What Matters course. This is a great opportunity to bring people together near you to explore what really matters in life and learn positive ways to take action based on your values.

You don’t need to have done something like this before – they’re just looking for people who are friendly, kind, caring, honest and positive. If that sounds like you then please click the link below to receive the special ‘How to become a course leader’ guide and find out more about leading a course near you:

About the course: Exploring What Matters is an 8-week course is based in science and helps participants to:

  • Meet with like-minded people to explore what really matters in life and find new ways of looking at things.
  • Learn from the experts through videos, mindfulness exercises and a handbook full of resources to help you break big ideas into manageable chunks.
  • Take small actions each week by taking time to reflect on how to create happiness for yourself and those around you.
