In the lead up to World Values Day we’re asking everyone to share how they’ll be acting on their values. Whether you have ten minutes to spare, or one, here’s a few different ways you can get involved in our campaign…

IF YOU HAVE 10 MINUTES TO SPARE

1. Download and print out the template at the bottom of this page
2. Write your value and an action that carries out that value (see examples below)
3. Take a photo of your printed sheet (preferably as a selfie) and share across your social media channels using #WorldValuesDay
Need some inspiration to get you started? Take a look at what a few have already been sharing…

IF YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO SPARE

No printer? No problem. Grab a post-it note (or any bit of paper will do), write your No.1 value, upload a photo (again, preferably a selfie) and tell us how you’ll be acting this out in the caption of the post.

IF YOU HAVE 1 MINUTE TO SPARE

If you want to get involved but you’re pushed for time, you can still show your support that will take less than a minute. We’ve put together 5 example tweets below – feel free to use them, replacing the bold text with your own values and actions, and post on your social media. Don’t forget to include the hashtag #WorldValuesDay and tag us using @ValuesDay.
