What’s important to you as a school?
World Values Day challenges us to think about our own values and the values held by the school community we belong to, and encourages us to act on those values. By putting those values into action each and every day, we can change ourselves, strengthen the identity and cohesiveness of our schools and their wider communities, and ultimately change the world we live in for the better.
However, not all organisations have official values. How do we go about identifying them? The Values Guide for Schools provides a method that involves as much of the school’s staff as possible in helping identify its most important values.
