- Awareness – Completing a self-care quiz.
- Acceptance – Understanding what’s in and what’s out of your control.
- Action – Completing your own wheel of life assessment.
- Bonus: Learn about ValuesJam and how to align a value with each of the ten wheel of life areas to help you focus on what matters most to you.
