DR CHRIS DUNCAN is the CEO of Association of Heads of Independent Schools in Australia and former head of several schools. He holds a Masters Degree in International Education Policy from the University of Melbourne, and a PhD in Australian education policy. He is a member of the Steering Committee of the Global Alliance for Values-based Education (GAVE).
