He is a globally recognised leadership coach, facilitator, and thought leader in Ubuntu-based coaching methodologies, through Ubuntu Intelligence. With a PhD in Behavioural Science and extensive experience in organisational transformation, he has pioneered frameworks that integrate African philosophy with leadership development. As an executive coach and author of *Ubuntu Coaching and Connection Practices for Leader-Managers*, he has mentored business and civil society leaders across sectors, promoting collaborative, human-centred leadership.
