DR. PREEYA DAYA is V20 South Africa Co-Chairperson. She is an educator, researcher, and consultant specialising in Leadership, People Management, and Organisational Behaviour, with a focus on conscious, values-driven leadership and high-performance workplaces. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, where her research examined the link between diversity, inclusion, and organisational performance. A Certified Integral Coach and Enneagram Practitioner, she is Academic Director at Achievement Awards Group and Research Associate at the Allan Gray Centre for Values-Based Leadership, and is also a widely published scholar.
