DR. FRANCES DA CUNHA is a trustee for the Human Values in Healthcare Forum and a retired GP. She worked as an inner-city GP for 20 years in London, and 15 years in rural Somerset. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of GP’s and has been involved in medical education and GP higher training. Originally the Clinical Lead and founder of the West Mendip Integrated Health and Well Being Hub, which provides a model of enhanced Primary Care. Working closely with the Frome Medical Practice, utilising community development, compassionate communities and practices were developed with the aim of attending to “What matters most” to patients.
